1. Return and Refund Eligibility

The course, training, or subscription must be largely unused. This means less than 20% of the content (such as videos, downloads, assessments, or course modules) should have been accessed or utilized.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

If more than 20% of the course content or services have been accessed.
For any special offers, discounted plans, or combo packages.
Non-renewable plans or add-on services (such as certificates, printed materials, or bonus modules) are non-refundable.
Users who fail to review this policy before making a purchase are not entitled to a refund by default.
4. Repayment Conditions
All approved refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, debit/credit card, Paytm, Net Banking).
Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, and bank processing fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
